Yeah, it was a nice stream, even for me as a viewer it was pretty interesting.
For the next stream I'd be available for some "Ninja Master's" and/or some "Magical Drop 2", maybe I also can prepare something different, but I don't know yet...
Well, it was certainly an intese experience for me to say the least! Pete was helpul too.
I managed to train Jeliahz at Ninja Masters to the best of my ability, but I fear I may have taken him as far as I can do now. I think he may even have won one or two rounds by the end Magical Drop is a different story though
Cheers
@Everyone: Hey guys, I just wanted to let you know, that PSI236 has his published his first "Stream Video". Take a look and leave a nice comment
@Psi236: It will be interesting to play against both of you, after you did all that training... I wonder If I can be still strong enough to stand you Ninja Masters, hehehe ^^
@Jeliahz: Ghostbiber doesn't own a Gamepad right now (or he didn't found it), but he Installed MAME the other night, too - and so he could give a look on the games that I played together with Drake. However, as expected he is not a big Retro Fan (also because he never played in the Arcades back then, so isn't that nostalgic as we are), but who knows, maybe we will still find the right game to turn him one fire, too ;-D
I have to say a massive thanks to Atarix for cutting the vid and Pete, you did that border spot-on, I laughed, it was brilliant You really went above and beyond with this lot, way to make me want to watch every week Ha, well I used to just dip in and out in the past, which is fine, but becoming more active is very cool, so.
Well mate, our slogan is "We will support everyone who will support us"
It's so much fun to play live on the stream (I personally always wait during the week already to arrive finally to saturday to stream ^^) - and as more new ppl. we can involve, as more fun it will be.
I am glad to see, that we could make you a quite uniqe gift with the video and you know... As more as you put into the project, as more will come back to you, too :-D
PS: Coming up this saturday "A REMATCH BETWEEN YOU AND THE ATARIX" *METALMUSICPLAYSINTHEBACKGROUND* ;-D

I can't belife that we really managed to show the whole list in exactly 3 hours, but well... WE DID IT ^^.
It was by far the most ambitious stream that we ever did. I think that maybe the largest number we ever covered before in one stream was 10 games or something. It was also nice of Steve to quickly create that Kage vid to bring the total parts up to 20. That was ninja spirit!
For beeing totally "Random" it was quite fun, especially because we really got a lot of total views, 6 new followers and we also had always arround 20 - 25 fixed viewers on the stream channel, too
Does anyone has some special wishes or ideas for next saturday? So far "PSI" decided to make some training in a fighting game that he will not let me know unitl the last moment (because he fears that I do some training ^^), what will be for sure interesting...
PS: I got a lot of nice mails on youtube reguarding our "Ninja Stream", a lot of ppl. especially endjoyed Pete's and my effort of preperation. Would someone of you have a nice idea for another "Theme" based stream in the next future?
Yes, I'm already plotting my comeback...
But don't try and guess, what I guess you will guess, or guess that, because you will be wrong! All I will say, is good luck. It was great anyway.
Heh heh... that's Elias's vid. I guess you'd need to play Dragon Masters to realise just how stiff and awkward the controls are. If you want some good, cheesy fighting fun then I would prefer Dragoon Might, which has been on the Waiting List for some time now. It's much more playable.
Pretty unoriginal ideas, but here are some streams that personally I would like to see at some point:
- Mortal Kombat stream (mortal kombat shouldn't just be swept under the carpet but hey it's up to you guys)
- Neo Geo stream (art of fighting, real bout, etc etc)
- Cowboy stream would be mad
- 'Games you've never heard of stream' (random 'unheard' of games which could be found easily by using the random game search function at maws.
@Neckshredder1: Ohh, Dragoon Might looks promissing, just let's test it for this weeks stream :-D
@Flankdog: A "Neo Geo" stream is a great Idea and would be easy to realize, we also wanted still do a "Playstation" stream etc. (good that you reminded me on that, I totally forgot about it).
Reguarding the Cowboy Stream... I totally like the Idea, but we do not have enough of games to fill up the whole 3 hours - we would need about 15 - 20 of them like for the Ninja Stream. Any Ideas?
PS: We considered already a "Mortal Kombat" stream a while ago, but for now we are not deep enough into that.
"Random Games You Never Heard Of Stream" is a cool idea. I like it. I think that we could work something out for that. "Neo Geo Stream" would be a no-brainer. I like that idea a lot, too.
I wouldn't mind trying some 3 or 4 player games with you guys. AVP! Or one of my little favorites: Moonwalker
I never played more than 2 player so it'd be cool for me. I noticed the 4P games last week worked well. Co-op games might be better, but I hear you can have 4P on Xmen Vs Streetfighter, or one of the games like that anyway. That would be intense.
